Access to the Member Portal and its contents is exclusively for use by members of the REMADE Institute of SMIA.  REMADE Institute members have the limited right to use materials posted on the Member Portal for internal noncommercial purposes.  As a REMADE Institute member, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that your authorized users are aware and comply with these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use together with the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clauses of your Membership Agreement, which are hereby incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and SMIA respecting the Member Portal and may only be amended in a writing signed by both parties.  Should any provision of this Agreement be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect, and in no event shall any failure by SMIA to enforce a provision constitute of waiver of a present or future breach.
